  • I use 4-5 drops of doTERRA Air blend into the diffuser and defuse at night in the bedroom or I can apply 1-2 drops of doTERRA Air blend diluted with a carrier oil ( grape seed, Sweet almond oil or Fractionated coconut oil) to the chest and back area to assist me with a restful night as it assists in easing my cough and creates a calmness.
