Manual Lymph Drainage: MLD
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a very gentle and specialised form of massage that consists of light, rhythmical and pumping hand movements to stretch the skin and stimulate the lymphatic system to drain more efficiently. Compared to ordinary massage the touch is so much lighter and it is the stretch/release of the skin, rather than pressure. MLD brings relief and relaxation to the body, it’s main purpose is to support the lymphatic system.
Your Lymphatic System plays a key role in removing toxins from your body.
If you are feeling sluggish, stressed, overloaded, MLD can be an amazing treatment to support bringing the body into Homeostasis.
